Louie is an experienced facilitator and social entrepreneur with a demonstrated track record working with marginalised communities. Starting out as a qualified Youth Worker in 2009, Louie experienced transphobia at the hands of his employer and lost his job. Since that time they have gone on to have a rich career supporting countless organisations to become more inclusive and welcoming to LGBTQ+ people.
Louie is motivated to ensure others do not go through the same discrimination he received in the workplace & all LGBTQ+ people have what they need to thrive.
Louie’s specialisms include asset-based community development, coaching, community engagement, workshop facilitation, project planning and strategic communications.
