SB is a qualified social worker with 7 years of experience working in health and social care. They have designed and delivered a portfolio of effective training programmes and bespoke support services for marginalised communities.
SB is experienced in stakeholder management and throughout their career has played a key role in bidding for and winning major grants for LGBTQ+ domestic abuse support in the UK. This included the first LGBTQ+ domestic abuse refuge accommodation in the country.
Through their role as Learnest Director, SB specialises in quality control, data protection, policy oversight, safeguarding and is the finance lead on our board.
