WHY DO WE EXIST?
In a recent study, 1 in 3 UK employers reported they wouldn’t knowingly employ a trans person, and more than a third of LGBTQ+ people said they felt unable to share their identity in the workplace due to fear of discrimination. It’s time to change these statistics.
